Get out your masks! The police force are paranoid! A user on Apple's discussion forums has posted this about an experience she needed FaceTime.
My boyfriend and I recently experienced this problem several - when we called each other by FaceTime, an old picture on our screen freezes while the person receiving the call only see a black screen. It's a little scary because it has pictures of us at work where I spent FaceTime few times but he never. We would like to know how and why this happens and if there is a solution. It is not difficult, but it is certainly disturbing, where is seems that although we have not taken a picture or used FaceTime, the camera still photos. If anyone else experiencing this, we very much feedback. Thank you!
I will make a proposal quickly what is happening here. There is probably a minor bug that misplaced a memory address buffer when the image data is of FaceTime. But, like any geek knows, in the event that the user is no memory is always a bad idea when it comes to oddities like that. So follow this course probably wrong, I wonder if it is possible that the program is to hang the data of the CCD, without any indication of the user. I prefer to have indicators of capture when the camera cable is in progress.
Likely to face both to open the QuickTime application, but does not connect the call. App buffer image information immediately to get it ready to start the whole process of sending data to the recipient. When the call is connected, and the program has left the buffer is replaced. So when the next call, the program opens the same buffer, and OMG! there is already something that looks like the image information out there! So send along a bit 'old video buffer and then goes black, because the camera to send new data to another piece of memory. It sends a frame buffer and then is captured, it is not the place where the images are stored in the new camera.
