Verizon latest victim in Epsilon hack; Secret Service investigating Phishing

Verizon ends JPMorgan Chase & Co., Kroger, Capital One Financial, and TiVo is one of the companies whose customer data has been exposed in recent hack Epsilon, the company warns users earlier this week that their e- mails may have been exposed to. According to Reuters, Verizon customers sent e-mail Tuesday night informing them that their data has been compromised.

"Epsilon has assured us that the information is exposed to limited e-mail, e-mail says," no other information about yourself or the account became public. " Verizon refers to what is believed to be nearly sixty companies, which according to information leaked to DataBreaches, where Fry's and Best Buy are other tech-related casualties.

Interestingly, at least one company has apparently been affected more than one client of Epsilon, suggesting the company was always current user information even after losing the contract. According to CBS, the U.S. Secret Service investigates hack.
