The preview begins with a message from Marnie, or rather Antonia, who is the spirit that has inhabited Marnie’s body. She wants the vampires to be warned that she is back. Antonia was well known in her time for making vampires walk into the sun, something that makes her extremely dangerous to the vamps of True Blood.
Bill calls Jessica to his home to warn her of the dangers the witches present. While she’s gone, Jason stops by the home she shares with Hoyt to look for her and Hoyt is beginning to suspect that something is going on between the two. Later in the preview, it looks like Jason gets into a scuffle with one of Bill’s guards.
The rest of the preview is a bit of a blur. The woman that baby Mikey saw after the fire will make an appearance in the episode, Eric is chained (maybe an attempt to keep him from walking into the sun?), someone is on fire in front of Maxine Fortenberry’s home and Marnie’s levitating. It’s going to be another exciting episode!

At this point, we’re knee-deep in plot on True Blood. Not all of the stories are entirely interlocked just yet, but the connections between what’s going on with everyone are coming together bit by bit.
